Robert graduated from the University of Sydney with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974. Robert worked with several firms in Sydney's CBD and Tamworth before establishing the practice in Hornsby. Robert has detailed knowledge of law particularly, as it relates to wills, estates and trusts, businesses, commercial law, conveyancing, subdivisions, commercial leasing and litigation in the Supreme Court of NSW.
Joan Napoli graduated from Macquarie University with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. Joan initially worked as a legal editor with a large law publisher. Joan also worked as a consultant solicitor in the areas of discrimination and employment law for an employer association for seven years and conducted training, seminars and authored books in these areas. Joan joined Robert Napoli & Co in 2003 and practices in all of the firm’s areas of law. Joan has extensive experience in contested wills and family law property settlements.
Joan is also a Notary Public.
Matthew Wyndham graduated from Macquarie University with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2014. He began his career working in corporate consulting, until making the eventual move into law. Matthew worked with several firms in Sydney’s CBD and Chatswood before joining Robert Napoli & Co. Matthew has also taught university level courses in company law. Matthew’s expertise is in the areas of wills, estates and trusts, property law and commercial leasing. Matthew is currently studying to obtain his Masters (Applied Law) specialising in Wills and Estates, and Estate Planning
